Established in 1987, GolfBox was taken over by Graham Johnson in 1989. At that time, Graham had been the Head Professional at Lake Karrinyup Country Club for ten years and he saw the opportunity to build the business into Western Australia's leading golf store.

A former winner of the State Open and PGA Championships, together with numerous other tournaments and Pro-Ams, Graham was well experienced to guide the growth of the business.

In twenty years, GolfBox has become the number one golf retail chain in Western Australia. GolfBox currently has six stores, conveniently located throughout Perth and Bunbury, with thirty one experienced staff, servicing all golfers requirements. It's Rewards Club has many thousands of members who enjoy discounted golf equipment, discounted golf green fees, GolfBox golf days and early access to major sale events.

Mike Glover
Director - Sales and Marketing

Mike has been at GolfBox for sixteen years and has developed a reputation for providing quality advice and expert club fitting. As a shareholder in GolfBox, Mike is responsible for the Sales and Marketing functions across the six stores.

Mike has been a Member at Lake Karrinyup Country Club for over 15 years, where he represented the Club in Pennant Competitions. Mike can be frequently seen at Corporate Golf Days and has had great delight in winning two Channel 7 Corporate Golf Days, something which Graham achieved finally in 2008!

Andrew Smith
Director - Administration

Andrew has been in the golf industry for fifteen years and has been a member of Lake Karrinyup Country Club for 14 years. During this time he has gained extensive knowledge in all areas. This experience keeps GolfBox at the forefront of the industry Australia wide.

A keen follower of all sports, Andrew now spends his evenings keeping young Harry and now Eva Belle Maree under control and wondering when his next visit to the golf course might be...
