Modifying Your Account Subscriptions
You can login
to your account anytime and update your details. Sign in to Your Account
using the e-mail address or Rewards Club number and password currently associated
with your account.
Here is where you can change your address, contact telephone numbers, account
password and your preferred method in which GolfBox is to contact you.
Replace your current details with your new information and click the 'Update
Details' button. If you replace your address, this is where all postal correspondence
will be sent. If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communications
preferences will automatically be associated with your new e-mail address.
GolfBox contacts its members to advise them of special events, including pre-sale
events and golf days and special product previews as well as sales invoices and
transactions. You can choose to be contacted for these reasons, or not at all.
To change the authorisation for contact, login to your account and in your details
page, go to the Contact Authorisation area. Here you will find three options:
1. All Private & Promotional Offers - We will contact you for your Orders, Repairs, Warranties plus our Major Sales or Special Offers. We respect your Privacy and we will keep these promotional emails to a maximum of one per month.
2. Private Sales Transactions - We will only contact you to advise your Orders, Repairs or Warranty Information.
GolfBox also offers a choice of methods in which you prefer to be contacted.
Options are via Email, SMS, Mobile, Work Telephone, Home Phone or Post. You can
select one of these preferred methods or Automatic, which means GolfBox can contact
you by any of the options mentioned.
To change your preferred contact method, login to your account and go to your
details page. Change the drop-down box in the 'Method of Contact' area.
Click on the 'Update Details' button to confirm your changes.
