I Haven't Received My Goods Yet, What Should I Do?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within two working days as soon as payment has been accepted, unless we are waiting on an item from a supplier. Your order should take between 3 to 7 days to reach you (for domestic orders) unless the dipatching officer has advised you otherwise.

If you are unable to track your order and it has been over 7 days, please contact us with the following details:

Your name,
Purchase Date,
Receipt Number,
Delivery Destination.
