Refund Terms and Conditions Acceptance of goods previously purchased and subsequently returned for credit or exchange is at the sole discretion of GolfBox Pty Ltd. For acceptance, the minimum requirement is that returns be made within 30 days of the purchase date and that they be in the original packaging and condition. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. - Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape (taken out of its plastic wrap). - Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. - Any product missing the serial number. - Any item of clothing without the original tags and labels attached. We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from
and fulfilled by GolfBox. Items that are picked up at a GolfBox store or shipped
directly by GolfBox must be returned via one of the following methods:
WARRANTIES. The relevant Shop agrees to warranty any work carried out by
it for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Any goods purchased which
carry a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to such manufacturer’s
warranty. GolfBox agrees to return any faulty goods to the said original
supplier for any warranty claim. Any expenses incurred by GolfBox
for the return are at the customer’s expense. |
