We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from
and fulfilled by GolfBox. Items that are picked up at a GolfBox store or shipped
directly by GolfBox must be returned via one of the following methods:
a) return directly to any GolfBox store (see
store locations) or,
b) fill in and print out the return form and post
to:
PO Box 8092, Perth Business Centre 6849.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of GolfBox receiving your
return.
WARRANTIES. The relevant Shop agrees to warranty any work carried out by
it for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Any goods purchased which
carry a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to such manufacturer’s
warranty. GolfBox agrees to return any faulty goods to the said original
supplier for any warranty claim. Any expenses incurred by GolfBox
for the return are at the customer’s expense.
