What is The Clubhouse?

The Clubhouse is a Loyalty and Rewards program offered by GolfBox Pty Ltd. In it’s simple form, a member accrues points that are redeemable for discounts on future purchases, or redeemable for other rewards or benefits.

A Clubhouse membership is governed by terms and conditions that are accepted upon your participation in and membership to The Clubhouse.

How do I join The Clubhouse?

If you have an account with GolfBox because you’ve placed an order, then you’re already a member. If not, create an account and you’ll earn 400 points just for joining.

I always checkout as a guest - am I a member?

Unfortunately not. A Clubhouse member is one who has created an account. If you want to become a member and enjoy the benefits, simply create an account

I’m a member but sometimes I checkout as a guest - do I earn points?

Sure do, as long as the email address matches a valid account. Because you’ve created an account and are a member, the program is smart enough to recognise this and will award the points to you.

Will my orders as a guest appear when or if I join The Clubhouse?

Your historical purchases as a guest will not appear when you join. Only those made afterwards.

What can/can't I redeem my points on?

You can redeem your points for discounts on your order, when you go to check out, and provided you have sufficient points to be eligible to redeem them.

The following goods and services cannot be redeemed for Points at Checkout:

- Gift Cards
- Lessons or Fittings
- Repairs

 

What are my points worth?

Your points are redeemable for discounts on the value of your order per the following:

  • 1000 points for a $25 discount
  • 2000 points for a $50 discount
  • 3000 points for a $75 discount
  • 4000 points for a $100 discount

NOTE: Points and discounts are provided at these intervals only. Points and discounts are subject to change at our discretion and without notice.

How do I redeem my points?

You redeem points at the checkout. If you have earned enough points, you will be prompted at the checkout as to whether you would like to complete the order with a discount from your points balance. If so, a coupon code is generated and applied to the order value.

Do my points expire?

You have 12 months from the date of your last order to use your points before they expire.

Will my membership level go down if I don’t buy anything?

You need to have earned the required amount of points within 12 months of being elevated to a particular tier to remain at that level.

Eagle - earn 2000 points in a 12 month period.

Albatross - earn 5000 points in a 12 month period.

Anything under 2000 points and your tier will be moved back to Birdie and you’ll have to work your way back up the membership tiers.

What happens to my points if I return something?

Once Points are converted into a Coupon Code, we are not able to refund and convert that Code back into points. You will be refunded the value of the item, less the discount that was applied to the item(s). This is unfortunately a limitation to the Clubhouse technology. We therefore suggest you choose carefully to avoid confusion when returning items.

Are there things I can’t earn points on?

You won’t earn points if you order gift cards - these points are given to the person(s) who you’ve sent the gift card to, when they place an order. You won’t earn points on any shipping, or for repairs or labour costs associated with club fitting.

I shop online and in-store - do I get points for both?

Yes! As long as you are a Clubhouse member and provide your email address to the Salesperson when you go to pay, your points will be added to your account.

NOTE: You must provide this information at the date, time and point of sale to accrue points. Points are not earned or awarded retrospectively.

Can I sign-up in one of your stores?

Yes and no... our Sales team are unable to sign you up in the store using our computers - but if you have your phone with you it's as easy as going to the The Clubhouse and signing up there.

Can I redeem points without having to pay anything?

YES! If you have more points than the value of the item, your item effectively ships free. Any points ‘change’ stays on your account.

I made a mistake - can I cancel a Coupon Code?


Unfortunately, once a Coupon Code has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. This means once the Code has been generated, the points are deducted from your Clubhouse Account and cannot be refunded. However, the Coupon Code never expires, and will stay active until you redeem it.

Can I use my points with other promotions you run?

We don’t allow coupon codes to be stacked at the checkout, so for sales and promotions that we run using coupon codes, you will need to decide whether to use the sale or promo code, or your coupon codes to redeem points off the order value at checkout.

My membership level is wrong, can you fix it?

Your membership level at The Clubhouse is based on your spend in a 12 month period. So if you’ve dropped a level, check your history first. If something still looks wrong, email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to remedy the issue.

Why didn't I get my points on my Birthday?

If your birthday is in the next 30 days - we'll add your Birthday Points to your account 30 days after you let us know.

If your birthday is more than 30 days away, we'll add your Points on your birthday.

You'll receive an email from The Clubhouse letting you know they've been added, so keep an eye out.

I put the wrong Birthday in, what do I do?

Email us at [email protected] with the correct Date of Birth, and we'll fix it for you!

Are there any other catches?

The Clubhouse is a reward to our customers for their loyalty to our store. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any point in time at our sole discretion. Detailed Clubhouse Terms and Conditions available.
