Callaway Paradym Giveaway Terms & Conditions

PRIVACY AND SECURITY NOTE:

Facebook Pages and Messenger accounts are known to read comments and contact users claiming to be GolfBox and claiming you may have won a prize. Like many companies, we are limited in the action we can take - the best thing you can do is report the account or messenger to the network. In general, we will:

  • NEVER draw or announce a winner prior to the competition end date and time, or the notification date and time.
  • NEVER ask you for a bank account number, credit card, drivers license or other highly personal and private information.
  • NEVER ask you to visit another site or complete an action outside of www.golfbox.com.au 
  • We may ask you for your Order number, mobile phone number or email address for the purpose of verifying your entry per the terms and conditions of the competition.
  1. Agreement to Rules: By entering the competition you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

  2. Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by GolfBox and Callaway Golf South Pacific.

  3. Prizes: There are three (3) prizes of the chance to win the value of your Driver back.
    1. Callaway Paradym Driver (SKU: DVR-PARADYM, RRP $1069.99)
    2. Callaway Paradym X Driver (SKU: DVR-PARADYM X, RRP$1069.99)
    3. Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond Driver (SKU: DVR-PARADYM TD, RRP$1069.99)
    1. A Driver is any one of the following:
    2. Each Driver is considered one (1) entry.
    3. A limit of one (1) prize per person will be awarded.
    4. The Prize is Store Credit to the value of the Driver.
    5. The Store Credit issued will be based on the Driver associated with the Customer. e.g If the winner purchased a Paradym and Paradym X, that is considered two (2) entries. The winning entry is selected against the Product and then Customer, so if the Product and Customer combination that won were the Paradym X, the Store Credit would be $1069.99.
    6. The Store Credit is redeemable against Callaway products only.
    7. The Store Credit can be redeemed until 30 June 2023 after which it expires. No extension of time will be given to use it.
    8. The Store Credit is not transferable and no cash or substitutions are permitted.
    9. The Store Credit will be applied to the Clubhouse Members Account 31 days from the purchase date.
    10. The Store Credit must be used in one transaction; any remaining credit will expire immediately. Should the Order total exceed the value of the Store Credit, you will be required to settle the remaining balance.
    11. The Store Credit is redeemable Online and In-Store.

  4. Eligibility: You are eligible for a chance to win if:
    1. You pre-ordered a Driver on or before 24 February 2023.
    2. You order a Driver between 12.01am 24 February and 11.59pm on 31 March 2023.
    3. You are a Clubhouse Member after confirmation of eligibility.
    4. Your Order Billing and Shipping address must be within Australia, specifically Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria or Tasmania.
    5. GolfBox and TaylorMade employees, along with retail partners, agencies and suppliers, their immediate family and friends are ineligible to win a prize.

  5. Entry Criteria and Eligibility for the chance to win:
    1. Your Order Billing and Shipping address must be Australian addresses
    2. You may be required to verify your Order and by providing your Order number, email address and/or phone number in order for the Store Credit to be applied to your account
    3. You must be a Clubhouse Member before we can issue the Store Credit to your account
    4. You are automatically eligible to win if you have pre-ordered a Callaway Paradym Driver on or before February 24th 2023.
    5. You are eligible to win if you purchase a Callaway Paradym Driver between 24 February 2023 and 11.59pm 31 March 2023.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification:
    1. Winners are selected at random.
    2. Winners names will be published on the GolfBox Facebook Page.
    3. Winners will be required to claim their prize by confirming their Order details and may be required to provide information including but not limited to Order number, email address, mobile phone number and delivery address.
    4. The winner will have 7 days to claim their prize.
    5. In the event of an unclaimed prize, no redraw will occur and the prize is considered forfeited.

  7. By entering this competition you are agreeing to share your details with GolfBox Pty Ltd to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. You will be subscribed as consenting to receive marketing and promotional materials from GolfBox Pty Ltd. Your entry overrides any existing consent status. GolfBox Pty Ltd is not liable for the submission of any email addresses not lawfully owned by the applicant as an entry.
