Why is this important?

We don't want you to miss out or get caught out by other online retailers. So here are some things that you will notice and like about us...

  • We'll only show you stock online that is in our warehouse. Not stock that is coming in 3 or 4 months. We're not going to take your money and then tell you AFTER you've checked out either - that's poor form. Anything with a longer delivery time, like custom sets, and sets that need building... we tell you first. And we tell you how long the wait is.

  • We're an authorised seller of the gear on our site. This means you have peace of mind when it comes to warranty, repairs or worst case - returns. We won't dodge your warranty claims. You can be assured you're receiving a genuine, coded item direct from the manufacturer. Not a Driver in the wrong brands box, with no head cover or tools. And definitely not a used or demo bit of floor stock either. Our gear is bag sealed, taped, packed and sent like we'd want to receive it. Our crew LIVE and BREATHE golf, they treat your gear like it was their own.

  • We are not a marketplace or "aggregator". This means it's our stock in our warehouse, and you're dealing with ONE retailer when you shop with us. Not one or more that split your gear up into separate orders, with separate returns processes, with separate customer service and support channels.

  • And on that note... we run a tight ship with Customer Service. You can get in touch by Facebook, Whatsapp, email and text-to-chat. We won't leave you on read for days or more. And being Australia's Greatest Golf Superstore, we've always got someone here looking after you (when they're not sleeping or playing golf).

  • Delivery. We ONLY use StarTrack Premium, and it's from the warehouse to your door. Not most of the way there, and then picked up by Sendle, Shippit, Uber delivery and on their timeline. Sick of refreshing your tracking links and seeing your parcels in a dispatch centre where they were 4 days ago after being scanned in? Not with us.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
Free shipping applies to orders over $50 delivered to these regions: Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and Australian Capital Territory. We deliver to addresses outside of these states and territories and a shipping fee will be quoted at the checkout.

Tracking Information
After you have completed the checkout and payment process you will receive an order confirmation by email. At this time we're processing your order and once it has been packaged and is ready for collection, you'll receive an update by email with the Tracking ID and information on how to track your order.

Delivery Addresses
We ship to residential and business addresses. Shipping to a business address can be beneficial as the recipient or anyone authorised to accept the delivery on their behalf must be present when the order is delivered. It means you may get your gear sooner. When there is no-one at the address, or the person at the address can't or won't accept delivery, and we don't have authority to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to collect the order. Same Day Shipping Information
Orders placed before 3:00PM AEDST Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day (unless it's a public holiday or a weekend). Items purchased on Sat/Sun, will ship on Monday.

Perth Metro Same Day Courier Service
We offer a same-day delivery service for Perth metro customers. If you live in an eligible post code, you will see a Same Day Courier (6-9pm) delivery option. Order before 1pm AWST and your order will be delivered that night with SMS updates advising time of delivery.

All packages will be left on your doorstep. Not valid for business addresses and PO Boxes. Certain items may not be eligible to be shipped via Courier and will revert to our standard shipping.

Remote Australian Islands (Christmas, Cocos, King and Norfolk Islands)

Your order will ship via Australia Post's Express Post service. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.

New Zealand Customers

Orders shipped via either Australia Post eParcel or DHL Express. Expected delivery 4-10 business days from dispatch (longer for regional areas).

Asics, Bushnell, Cleveland, Ecco, Srixon, Callaway, Odyssey, Ping, Mizuno, TaylorMade, Honma and XXIO products can not be shipped to New Zealand.

We are prohibited from shipping electric buggies to NZ due to the size of the Lithium Batteries.

Important information about New Zealand customs, duties and taxes:

From 1 December 2019, all New Zealand orders will include 15% NZ GST. NZ Customs will stop collecting GST at the border (including orders above NZ$,1000). All imports will be declared as GST Paid and we can provide a GST invoice. Orders over NZ$1,000 may still be subject to customs duties.

Singapore Customers

Orders shipped via either Australia Post eParcel or DHL Express.. Expected delivery 4 - 10 business days from dispatch.

Important information about Singapore customs, duties and taxes:

Singapore customs will charge you GST of 7% on all orders. Australian GST will be removed from your order total at checkout.

International Shipping

Shipping has resumed to the following countries - Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Brunei Darussalam, Papua New Guinea and the United States.

Orders shipped via either Australia Post eParcel or DHL Express.

The applicable shipping cost is shown on the checkout page once your shipping address has been entered.

Use our size guides on the product you are purchasing. Returning incorrectly fitting items to us may be expensive. If a size guide is missing or you are unsure, please contact our customer service team.

Tracking Your Order - Tracking ID issued after 9.00pm AEDST on the day your Order ships

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order. Please go to the carrier's website and input your tracking number. Please note that tracking only becomes available after 9.00pm AEDST on the day that your order is shipped.

At GolfBox we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia. For all other countries your shipping cost is determined by weight and is calculated when you add items to your cart. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order.

The dates and timeframes above are based on data provided by StarTrack Premium and Express transit times - median days taken for delivery. 99% of orders will be delivered per the above... but of course there are going to be circumstances out of StarTrack and our control that might cause a delay. We can't do anything more than apologise if this happens. You can rest assured the Order was picked, packed, collected, loaded and sent as quickly as humanly possible. We simply can't intervene and make it arrive sooner. We know as much as you know when this happens - we track the delivery the same way you do.
