At GolfBox we offer FREE delivery on all orders over $30 within Australia. For all other countries your shipping cost is determined by weight and is calculated when you add items to your cart. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order.

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions
Free shipping applies to orders over $30 delivered to these regions: Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory. We deliver to addresses outside of these states and territories and a shipping fee will be quoted at the checkout.
After you have completed the checkout and payment process you will receive an order confirmation by email. At this time we're processing your order and once it has been packaged and is ready for collection, you'll receive an update by email with the Tracking ID and information on how to track your order.
We ship to residential and business addresses. Shipping to a business address can be beneficial as the recipient or anyone authorised to accept the delivery on their behalf must be present when the order is delivered. It means you may get your gear sooner. When there is no-one at the address, or the person at the address can't or won't accept delivery, and we don't have authority to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to collect the order. Same Day Shipping Information
Orders placed before 3pm AEDST Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day (unless it's a public holiday or a weekend).
Perth Metro Same Day Courier Service
We offer a same-day delivery service for Perth metro customers. If you live in an eligible post code, you will see a Same Day Courier (6-9pm) delivery option. Order before 1pm AWST and your order will be delivered that night with SMS updates advising time of delivery.
All packages will be left on your doorstep. Not valid for business addresses and PO Boxes. Certain items may not be eligible to be shipped via Courier and will revert to our standard shipping.
Remote Australian Islands (Christmas, Cocos, King and Norfolk Islands)
Your order will ship via Australia Post's Express Post service. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.
New Zealand Customers
Orders shipped via DHL Express or TNT International Express. Expected delivery 3-4 business days from dispatch (longer for regional areas).
Asics, Bettinardi, Bushnell, Cleveland, Ecco, Srixon, Callaway, Odyssey, Ping, Mizuno, TaylorMade, Honma and XXIO products can not be shipped to New Zealand.
We are prohibited from shipping electric buggies to NZ due to the size of the Lithium Batteries
Important information about New Zealand customs, duties and taxes
From 1 December 2019, all New Zealand orders will include 15% NZ GST. NZ Customs will stop collecting GST at the border (including orders above NZ$,1000). All imports will be declared as GST Paid and we can provide a GST invoice. Orders over NZ$1,000 may still be subject to customs duties

We ship to most countries. The applicable shipping cost is shown on the checkout page once your shipping address has been entered.
Use our size guides on the product you are purchasing. Returning incorrectly fitting items to us may be expensive. If a size guide is missing or you are unsure, please contact our customer service team.
