The PING G30 fairway woods are built to maximize distance without losing the control and forgiveness the G-series clubs have come to be known for. With a new face construction and the addition of Turbulator Technology ball speeds are optimized, giving you more distance. The crown turbulators improve air flow around the club The 475 Carpenter steel used in the face is stronger than 17-4 stainless steel. This allows the face to be thin and uniform while being lighter. The lighter face enables engineers to position the Center of Gravity (CG) low and deep for higher launch and increased MOI. To optimize ball flight the CG is positioned progressively throughout the different club options, being more forward in the 5- and 7-wood. The lightweight adjustable hosel allows for 5 different loft settings, including standard, so you can dial in the correct specs for your swing. The G30 fairway woods are full of design features to give you the "future of fast", without sacrificing forgiveness.
