SKLZ Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, you fully agree to the Terms and Conditions stated and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

  2. PRIVACY AND SECURITY NOTE: GolfBox is aware of fake and scam Facebook Pages and Messenger accounts that claim to be GolfBox. You will not be contacted through Facebook Messenger to claim the prize. The prize will not be drawn until 3pm AWST on Monday 16th August 2021. YOU WILL NOT BE CONTACTED AND BE NOTIFIED AS A WINNER BEFORE THIS DATE AND TIME. In some cases, we are aware of these fake accounts requesting information from you. The best thing you can do it report the account and delete the messages.

    GolfBox WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. GolfBox will not ask you to complete any action on a webpage outside of www.golfbox.com.au.

  4. Eligibility: Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of GolfBox Pty Ltd, participating retailers, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. In order to enter the giveaway, the full form must be completed with terms and conditions accepted. You must have liked the GolfBox Facebook page and be following the GolfBox Instagram page in order to be eligible. You do not need to make a purchase to enter. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Submitting an entry more than once does not increase the chances of winning.

  5. Entry Period: This competition will run from 11am AWST Friday, 6th July 2021 and will end on Sunday 15th August 2021 at 11.59pm AWST. Winners will be announced at 3pm AWST on Monday 16th August 2021. Entries submitted after11.59pm AWST on 15th August will not be eligible to win.

  6. How to Enter: The giveaway is entered by submitting a completed form on www.golfbox.com.au/sklz-giveway The entry must fulfil all requirements of the giveaway as specified, in order to be eligible. By entering your email address, you agree you are the lawful owner of the email address. You must not enter more than once with multiple different emails. If using fraudulent methods to enter this giveaway, you may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the sponsors.

  7. Prizes: There are three (3) prizes. The major prize is one (1) SKLZ Home Driving Range Kit containing one (1) 7ft hitting net, one (1) Launch Pad, one (1) set of 12 Impact Balls, and one (1) Vari Break Putting Mat. The combined value of the major prize is $539.96 RRP. There are two (2) minor prizes comprising of one (1) Golf Flex 48 Trainer and one (1) Accelerator Pro Putting Mat. The combined value of the minor prize is $229.98 RRP per minor prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or substitutions are permitted.

  8. Winner Selection and Notification: Prizes are drawn in the following order: First (1st) The Home Driving Range Kit (Major Prize). Second (2nd) the two Minor Prizes. A winner of a prize is automatically excluded from the draw of any subsequent prize. A winner is defined as an individual person.

    Winners are selected at random and names will be published on the GolfBox Facebook page, and the GolfBox Promotions page. Winners will be requested to provide a delivery address and mobile phone number via Facebook and/or email for parcel tracking purposes. Winners must be able to provide these contact details within 28 days of the announcement of the winner. GolfBox Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize after this period. No redraw will occur in the event of an unclaimed prize. GolfBox will NEVER ask you for bank account or credit card details.

  9. By entering this competition you are agreeing to share your details entered into the form with GolfBox Pty Ltd to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. You will be subscribed as consenting to receive marketing and promotional materials from one or both sponsors. Your entry overrides any existing consent status. GolfBox Pty Ltd is not liable for the submission of any email addresses not lawfully owned by the applicant as an entry.
