Callaway JAWS MD5 Wedge - Platinum Chrome Left Hand

The Callaway MD5 Jaws Wedge is Callaway Golf’s highest spinning wedge to date, thanks to an all-new groove pattern - and is labelled the most aggressive groove in golf.

Compared to the previous MD4, the Jaws wedges expose their sharp teeth with a re-designed groove wall angle, an increase of 32 degrees to improve overall wedge rpm.

The Mack Daddy 5 Jaws wedges target all golfers from Tour players to mid-handicapper golfers with loft and groove patterns to compliment different course conditions, situations and a player’s angle of attack.

After testing on tour, Callaway Golf revealed that Tour players, on average, noticed an increase of over 500rpm in overall spin with a lower launch angle of 1 degree.

This new proprietary Jaws grooves have been designed by wedge guru, Roger Cleveland and feature the Company’s groove-in-groove technology to offer more roughness to the flat parts of the face. Achieved by adding three raised mini ridges in between each wedge groove.
