PING declared the G Le3 driver their longest women’s driver yet. They estimate it’s four yards longer than the previous model and after drilling into the details, you begin to understand why.
The 460cc lightweight titanium head is internally weighted for some anti-slice bias while the forged face is optimised to perform best for swing speeds that are around 80mph or slower.
A fixed weight on the rear of the club head is a handy addition, boosting stability and forgiveness while generating a higher launch angle for some extra carry through the air. The G Le3 driver also features a shorter standard shaft length (44.75”).
