Where can I use my GolfBox eGift card?

Your eGift Card can be used for purchases in our online store or any of our locations in Western Australia - store locations.

When will a eGift Card expire?

Your eGift Card will expire 3 years from the date of issue. The expiry date listed down the bottom of your eGift Card. It is up to the eGift Card recipient to use the full value within the validity period.

Can I add more value to a eGift Card?

No, once a eGift Card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased.

Unused eGift Card balances

Any unused balance on a eGift Card will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available eGift Card balance, the eGift Card holder will be required to make up the balance with an alternative form of payment.

Is there anything I can't use my eGift Card for?

Your eGift Card is not redeemable for cash or traveller's cheques.

Can I return or refund a eGift Card?

eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Can I return purchases made with my eGift Card?

Yes, our normal store return policies apply. Please read our Returns Policy.

How do I check my eGift Card balance?

You can check the balance of your eGift Card by clicking the link at the bottom of the Gift Cards page and entering your code.

Can I pay for a eGift Card using AfterPay?

Not yet. We are working on adding this feature.
