Gift Card Terms and Conditions

WHERE CAN I USE MY GOLFBOX GIFT CARD?

Your Gift Card can be used for purchases at any GolfBox store. Gift Cards can not be used online.

WHEN WILL A GIFT CARD EXPIRE?

Your Gift Card will expire twenty four months from the date of issue. The expiry date is on the back of your gift card.
It is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. 

CAN I ADD MORE VALUE TO A GIFT CARD?

No, once a Gift Card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased.

UNUSED GIFT CARD BALANCES

Any unused balance on a Gift Card will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the balance with an alternative form of payment.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T USE MY GIFT CARD FOR?

Your Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or traveller's cheques. 

CAN I RETURN OR REFUND A GIFT CARD?

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

CAN I RETURN PURCHASES MADE WITH MY GIFT CARD?

Yes, our normal store return policies apply. Please read our Returns Policy.

HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

You can check the balance of your Gift Card in-store or by contacting the Customer Service Team on 1800 652 211.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY GIFT CARD IS DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN?

Your Gift Card is treated like cash, and you are responsible for the safe keeping of it at all times. If your card is lost or stolen, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund it.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms of Use, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented. 

These causes include acts of God, acts of nature, acts or omissions of government or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages or failures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage, and other acts or omissions of third parties. 

If your card is damaged, please take it into any GolfBox store and have it checked by one of our Customer Service team members.
