If you are doubting your distances or bungling your club selection, it might be time to check out a Bushnell rangefinder. With incredible accuracy, they can improve your performance and enjoyment on the course.
Bushnell Tour V4 Rangefinder
The Bushnell Tour V4 Rangefinder has a range of 5-1000 yards with 5x magnification, and is accurate to within a yard.
It can identify a flagstick from up to 400 yards away thanks to its Pinseeker software and also features Jolt technology, which speeds up the entire yardage calculating process by producing a couple of short vibrations to reassure the user they are indeed locked onto the flagstick.
Moulded rubber pads ensure a secure grip in the palm of your hand and it is compact enough to fit in a jacket pocket.
It is water resistant and comes with a carry case that fits snugly in a golf bag.
The Tour V4 has a two-year warranty and the CR2 3V Lithium battery should last for over a year before it needs replacing.

Bushnell Tour V4 Shift Rangefinder
The Bushnell Tour V4 Shift Rangefinder has the same specifications as the Tour V4 but includes the Slope function for even greater accuracy.
The Slope feature measures the gradient to the target and adjusts distances accordingly. For example, a slightly uphill shot of 150 yards will display as 155 yards on the Tour V4 Shift after the elevation has been calculated.
While the Slope component is priceless for practice and reconnaissance rounds, it can’t be used in competition.
However, the Tour V4 Shift becomes a legal rangefinder for tournament play by disabling the Slope feature via a switch on the side of the unit.
The switch obscures the red Slope logo emblazoned on the range finder when the Slope function is deactivated.
It is a clear and simple way to confirm to playing partners, officials and yourself that the rangefinder is above-board.

Bushnell Pro X2 Rangefinder
The Bushnell Pro X2 Rangefinder is the best-of-the-best in their series of laser rangefinders.
Designed for both Tour pros and amateurs alike, the Pro X2’s rubber-coated metal housing is fully waterproof and is ergonomically shaped to slide easily into the palm of your hand.
Like the Bushnell V4 Shift, the Bushnell Pro X2 utilises Jolt technology to buzz the user when the flagstick is locked onto, and has a Slope shift switch to toggle the Slope feature off so it can be used legally in tournament play.
The Bushnell Pro X2 Rangefinder has a greater range and improved accuracy, being effective within a whopping 5-1300 yard range and accurate to within half a yard, and its Pinseeker software can identify and lock onto a flag up to 450 yards away.
And when distance to a landing target needs to be ultra-precise, the Bushnell Pro X2 Rangefinder displays yardages to within a tenth of a yard from the 5-125-yard range.
The measurement process is five times faster in the Pro X2 according to Bushnell, using a second generation ESP (Extreme-Speed-Precision) distance-calculating process.
An enhanced 6x magnification means distant targets become easier to track and the Pro X2’s display includes what Bushnell have termed DDT, or Dual Display Technology.
DDT gives the user a choice of their distance information being displayed on the LCD in black or a luminous red, which is handy to swap between depending on the light conditions.
A CR2 3V Lithium battery powers the unit and should last for over a year. The Bushnell Pro X2 Rangefinder has a two-year warranty.
