Mizuno ST200 Range of Golf Clubs

The new Mizuno ST200 drivers and fairway woods carry the tagline "Tour Ready. World Ready" but it might be apt to add "Ready for Takeoff" to better describe the explosive speed and distance they offer.
The ST200 line-up represents the first time that Mizuno's Japanese and US design studios collaborated wholeheartedly on a metalwood project and the results to date suggest it won't be the last time they join forces.
The Mizuno ST200 driver is available in three distinct models, with each one subtly altered to maximise distance and optimise flight trajectories for different swing speeds while providing supreme forgiveness.
MIZUNO ST200 DRIVERS
Look out, there's a new titanium in town and it's quick on the draw.
ST200 drivers use an exotic, beta-rich titanium called SAT2041 in the face and it has performed exactly like Mizuno engineers hoped it would. It is more flexible, springs back quicker after impact with the ball and is stronger than traditional titanium.
And it enabled the ST200's face to be made thinner over a much greater area for explosive ball speeds, with the peace of mind that comes with extra forgiveness. A sleek new carbon crown and a revised Wave Sole chip in for a low-spin ball flight that makes the new ST200 drivers faster and more forgiving than anything Mizuno has ever created before.
Beta Titanium
A smokin' hot face made from a new strain of "super titanium", which is stronger and more flexible than regular titanium, maximises distance off the tee from every part of the club face.
Wave Sole
Mizuno's famous Wave Sole is now lighter and more compact. Weight savings are used to concentrate the CG low and deep for a distance-enhancing, low-spinning ball flight.
Weight Options
Whether it's the dual weight ST200G adjustable driver, the low-spin, back-weighted ST200 or the draw biased ST200X, Mizuno's versatile line-up will be well worth the weight.
Adjustable Hosel
ST200 drivers feature Mizuno's adjustable hosel that can alter lofts by two degrees, up or down. The drivers have also been tuned internally to produce a pure strike sound at impact.
THE THREE MIZUNO ST200 DRIVER OPTIONS
The Mizuno ST200 driver line-up has three variations that tweak certain aspects of performance off the tee: the ST200, ST200G and ST200X.
The middle child of the Mizuno trifecta, the ST200 is the driver that will suit the majority of golfers. There are no sliding weights on this model, just a fixed 11.6g weight positioned on the rear of the sole courtesy of weight saved through the redesigned Wave Sole. It's a mid/low spin driver but has a high MOI (moment of inertia - stability, for forgiveness). Low spin, maximum forgiveness: just call it "power couple" of driver performance. It's a combination that works.
Sliding sole weights make the ST200G the most versatile of the three drivers and, depending where the sole weights are located, the lowest-spinning. Dual weights move along tracks in the sole and sliding them to the most rearward position can make the ST200G forgiving, or ultra-low spinning in the most forward location. But even when set up in a low-spin configuration the ST200G still offers forgiveness.
Although it's extremely light, the Mizuno ST200X is no lightweight. It's designed for mid-to-slow swing speeds and will extract distance through a high-launching ball flight. It is also draw biased via an extra weight located in the heel, which further aids distance by straightening up slices. The ST200X is specifically designed to combine with Mizuno's own MFusion graphite shaft, which weighs just 39g, to optimise ball speed and distance.

MIZUNO ST200 FAIRWAY WOODS AND CLK HYBRID
Mizuno knew they were on to a good thing with the ST200 driver line-up, so it was no great surprise that the new ST200 fairway woods came along for the ride.
Like the drivers, the ST200 fairway wood range has been given plenty of attention at the coal face; that is, where ball speed and forgiveness merge and playability comes to the fore.
Mizuno ST200 fairway woods make par fives almost guranteed birdie holes and will turn knee-knocking, tree-lined tee shots into just another opportunity to showcase your prowess.
Maraging Steel Face
Mizuno have managed to produce the thinnest face ever on a fairway wood by using a maraging steel CORTECH face that improves distance and elevates MOI into the driver realm.
Full Titanium
The ST200X 3-wood is completely made of titanium. Its regular titanium frame is married with a face made from the stronger and more flexible 2041 titanium seen on ST200 drivers.
Wet Performance
Full scorelines in the face of ST200 fairway enhance spin levels when it's wet. You'll never cop a flier from a perfect lie in the middle of the fairway when it's moist again.
THE MIZUNO FAIRWAY WOOD & HYBRID OPTIONS
The Mizuno ST200 Fairway Woods and Hybrid have been tweak to improve performance and forgiveness on the fairway.
Steel face perfection in the form of a maraging steel CORTECH face is what drives performance in ST200 fairway woods. They are low spinning fairway woods that offer extreme levels of forgiveness - almost on par with ST200 drivers - and will boost confidence from any lie. A more rounded leading edge is Tour-inspired and like the driver, a more compact Wave Sole and light weight carbon crown locates the CG deep for optimal launch conditions.
Featuring a larger head than the ST200 fairway, the ST200X follows the same path as the ST200X driver. It's built to perform for slower swing speeds by enhancing distance through a high-launching ball flight and a draw bias that helps to correct a distance-sapping slice. The ST200X 3-wood is completely constructed from titanium - a stronger, more flexible new titanium matched with a chassis made from regular titanium - while the 5 and 7 woods feature an ultra-fast maraging steel face.
When the fairway wood is too long, the long iron too short or you just need a high launching, soft landing ball flight, the Mizuno CLK hybrid is the club you need to turn to. Its wide profile and flat crown will encourage boldness on the course and no pin is ever safe given the Mizuno CLK's explosive maraging steel face that makes it longer than ever. A flexible wave sole provides versatility from any lie, but its performance will inspire confidence in any situation.
