There’s a certain freedom that comes with knowing the precise distance to a target out on the golf course, an assuredness that allows golfers to pull the trigger with confidence.

Whether it’s finding out exactly how far it is to a dogleg, locking on to a pin for ultra-precise approach shots, or gaining accurate distances for every club in the bag during a session on the range, Nikon laser rangefinders are a popular choice for golfers searching for an edge.

Knowing a precise yardage can be the difference between choosing the right or wrong club, playing an average shot or an absolute cracker and recording a good score or that career-best round you’ll be weaving into conversations for the rest of your playing days.

With a selection of four Nikon COOLSHOT models and the ability to switch between yards or metres, you’ll never have to second-guess your distances again.

Is a pocket-sized rangefinder that is big on capability.

Helps you select the right right club in every situation.

For players who require fast and accurate distance measuring.

Category leading rangefinder in both form and function.

Weighing only 130g, the compact Nikon COOLSHOT 20 GII is a pocket-sized rangefinder that is big on capability.

With 6x magnification, it delivers accurate measurements for distances between 6-800 yards – displayed in one-yard intervals - and a continuous measurement function minimises the effect of hand-shake to effectively target flagsticks and similar objects.

Accurate to within a yard between 0-100 yards and two-yards beyond that, the COOLSHOT 20 GII can find a pin from 300 yards away and is rainproof for those damp days on the course.

FAST AND EASY MEASUREMENT

Get a simple distance reading with single measurement, or hold down the power button for up to eight seconds of continuous measurement for quick and easy distance measurements to multiple objects. With the push of a button, you can assess the distance to hazards, pins, mounds and trees, and you can scan across the green to pick out a flagstick from the background.

BRIGHT IMAGES AND EASY VIEWING

Study the course with crisp clarity, the monocular with 6x magnification and multilayer coating provides bright clear images wherever you’re playing. See what lies ahead and plan accordingly, as the 6-degree field of view allows for magnified surveying before taking your swing. The long eye relief design gives comfortable viewing even when wearing glasses, and adjust the lens to fine-tune the display for your vision.

COMPACT, DURABLE AND LIGHTWEIGHT

While the Nikon COOLSHOT 20 GII is the smallest and most lightweight of Nikon's laser rangefinders, durability has not been sacrificed. It’s robust and rainproof, with a wide temperature tolerance from -10˚C to +50˚C/14˚F to 122˚F. And weighing only 130g - you’ll never have to worry about adding to the weight of your golf bag on a long day on the course.

Compact, Durable and Lightweight

Boasting a Slope function, the rainproof COOLSHOT 40i rangefinder is guaranteed to get you pulling the right club in every situation. The unit’s slope-adjusted distance function calculates a “plays like” yardage that accounts for elevation changes, eliminating the guesswork of head-scratching uphill and downhill estimations. It allows players to make confident and carefree swings, safe in the knowledge they have an accurate slope yardage to play the right club.

The COOLSHOT 40i also features 6x magnification and it can calculate the distance to a pin up to 450 yards away. A measurement range of between eight and 650 yards is sufficient to say the least - the upper limit could prove handy to see how far away the carpark is if you’re having a shocker.

Nikon’s HYPER READ algorithm offers ultra-quick measurements, with a processing time of approximately half a second, and the COOLSHOT 40i can display distances right down to half-yard intervals.

The rangefinder also features Nikon’s anti-shake tech while a target priority switch enables the user to select whether the closest or furthest object is automatically measured when there are multiple targets overlapping.

VIEWFINDER DISPLAYS SLOPE ADJUSTED DISTANCE

Employing ID Technology that reads the uphill and downhill slopes of a course, Golf mode displays the slope adjusted distance (Horizontal distance +/- Height) which is a guide distance to how far you should hit the ball. This helps you to choose the right club on an uphill/downhill course where it is often difficult to accurately judge distance.

SLOPE ADJUSTED DISTANCE EXPLAINED

For an uphill shot with an actual distance of 150 yards, the Golf mode displays the slope adjusted distance (179.8 yd.), which is the sum of the horizontal distance (146.4 yd.) and the height (33.4 yd.). You can thus select the right club for even both up and down hill shots.

Nikon’s HYPER READ technology makes the COOLSHOT 40 rangefinder a top performer for players who require fast and accurate distance measuring.
With an aesthetically and ergonomically enhanced design, the rangefinder makes use of the HYPER READ algorithm to display accurate distances in just 0.3sec. with a range of between eight and 650 yards.

Accurate to within 0.75 yards and providing distances in 0.5 yard intervals, the COOLSHOT 40 is equipped with 6x magnification that makes it easy to identify targets through the eyepiece.

The unit is rainproof and features Nikon’s continuous movement function that reduces the influence of hand vibration, for quicker and more effective target finding and distance measuring.

FIRST TARGET PRIORITY MODE

The First Target Priority Mode feature displays the range to the nearest target among the multiple results obtained. This assures that the measurement shown is the pin and not any objects in the background.

The long eye relief design gives comfortable viewing even when wearing glasses, and the adjustable dioptre allows you to fine-tune the display for your vision.

8 SECOND CONTINUOUS MEASUREMENT

One push (and hold) of the Power button and the rangefinder will continuously measure the range for eight seconds. This is useful when trying to find measurements of multiple or very small or thin objects, allowing you to know the distance to hazards, pins, mounds, and trees in one push of the button. With this feature, you have the ability to scan across the green to easily pick out a flagstick from the background.

Fast and Easy Measurement - Measurement of multiple objects

The Nikon COOLSHOT PRO STABILIZED rangefinder is a category leader in both form and function. A lightweight, compact design and ergonomic shape makes it a perfect companion and the inclusion of the most comprehensive rangefinding features makes it a powerful on-course ally.

Featuring 6x magnification and Nikon’s speedy HYPER READ processing for ultra-quick response times (0.3sec.), the COOLSHOT PRO STABILIZED rangefinder has a range of between eight to 1200 yards.

It can identify flagsticks up to 500 yards away and Nikon’s Locked On technology ensures there is no question that the flagstick is being measured, with an automatic visual indicator appearing on the screen.

But as the name suggests, the unit is equipped with the latest stabilisation technology that reduces hand movement vibrations by around 80 per cent.
It results in the COOLSHOT PRO STABILIZED boasting the steadiest images of all rangefinders on the market, which are further enhanced by the high-resolution OLED display that automatically adjusts brightness to match optical conditions.

The unit also includes a Slope feature that generates a “plays like” distance. Uphill and downhill elevation changes are taken into account to determine accurate distances, but the function can be immobilised for tournament use.

Distance intervals of up to 0.2 yard make the Nikon Pro Stabilized rangefinder highly accurate and it is completely waterproof, so it’ll always be available - no matter how dire the conditions.

STABILIZED TECHNOLOGY

At the heart of the COOLSHOT PRO STABILIZED is Nikon’s optical stabilization system, designed to reduce vibrations of the image in the viewfinder caused by hand movements (by approx. 80%) while simultaneously aligning the viewed image with the activated laser beam for faster, more precise ranging.

8 SECOND CONTINUOUS MEASUREMENT

Press and hold the power button and the rangefinder will continuously measure range for eight seconds. This is great when trying to find measurements of multiple or very small or thin objects, allowing you to know the distances to hazards, pins, mounds, and trees. With this feature, you have the ability to know everything you need to know as you approach the green, and target the cup.

LOCKED ON TECHNOLOGY

Picture an approach shot to a green with trees in the background. Are you sure the measured distance is to the flagstick—not to the trees behind it? Nikon’s LOCKED ON Technology green circle visually confirms the distance measurement is to the closest subject, the flagstick.
