Shipping and Tracking

  • Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

    Victorian customers please allow an extra day due to Covid-safe measures in processing facilities.

    Small parcels are shipped via air. Most air will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after departing GolfBox, however some regional areas will take an additional two to three business days.

    Large parcels such as golf bags, buggies and golf packages are shipped via road which can take 5-7 days. Categories subject to road shipment are clearly marked. Please note that orders for areas such as regional Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania can take up to 14 business days for delivery.

    Free Shipping within mainland Australia and Tasmania. 

    Whilst we ship to Australian territories which are not part of mainland Australia and Tasmania, we are unable to offer a free delivery service to these areas.

    Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri AEST are shipped on the same day (excludes Public Holidays) providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package

    A business delivery address is preferable as the recipient, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left for you to collect the order from the Post Office. For further delivery enquiries please contact customer service.

    Courier Service - we are currently trialling a same-day delivery service for Perth metro customers. If you live in an eligible post code, you will see a Same Day Courier (6-9pm) delivery option. Order before 12pm AWST and your order will be delivered that night with SMS updates advising time of delivery. All packages will be left on doorstep. Not valid for business addresses. Certain items may not be eligible to be shipped via Courier and will revert to our standard shipping.

  • Remote Australian Islands (Christmas, Cocos, King and Norfolk Islands)

    Your order will ship via Australia Post's Express Post service. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.

  • New Zealand Customers

    Orders shipped via TNT International Express. Expected delivery 3-4 business days from dispatch (longer for regional areas).

    Asics, Cleveland, Ecco, Srixon, Callaway, Odyssey, Ping, Mizuno, TaylorMade, Bettinardi, Honma and XXIO products can not be shipped to New Zealand.

    We are prohibited from shipping electric buggies to NZ due to the size of the Lithium Batteries

    Important information about New Zealand customs, duties and taxes

    From 1 December 2019, all New Zealand orders will include 15% NZ GST. NZ Customs will stop collecting GST at the border (including orders above NZ$,1000). All imports will be declared as GST Paid and we can provide a GST invoice. Orders over NZ$1,000 may still be subject to customs duties

  • Singapore Customers

    Orders shipped via TNT International Express. Expected delivery 2-3 business days from dispatch.

    Singapore customs will charge you GST of 7% on all orders. Australian GST will be removed from your order total at checkout.

  • International Shipping

    Shipping has resumed to the following countries - Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Brunei Darussalam. 

    We ship to most countries. The applicable shipping cost is shown on the checkout page once your shipping address has been entered.

    Use our size guides on the product you are purchasing. Returning incorrectly fitting items to us may be expensive. If a size guide is missing or you are unsure, please contact our customer service team.
