Forged Ring
TaylorMade’s new design feature links the rear weight, milled face cup and carbon crown/sole to improve forgiveness and distance on off-centre strikes. The Forged Ring is made from lightweight, high-strength aluminium and makes SIM2 drivers stable and highly forgiving.
Carbon Crown And Sole
Enlarging the carbon fibre footprint of SIM2 drivers in the crown and sole delivers significant weight savings that are shifted into the heavier and more effective 16g Inertia Generator. It focuses the CG low in the club head to improve launch, distance and forgiveness.
Twist Face & Speed Pocket
Astronomically fast ball speeds and curvature correction for heel and toe strikes are the signature of TaylorMade’s Speed Injected Twist Face on SIM2 drivers, while a more flexible Speed Pocket is the ultimate insurance policy for strikes that are low on the face.
SIM2 Inertia Generator

THREE TAYLORMADE SIM2 DRIVERS
Choose the SIM2 weapon to suit your game! The trio of TaylorMade SIM2 drivers - the standard SIM2, SIM2 Max and SIM2 Max D – are all highly forgiving and have been fine-tuned to match and enhance any swing with a customised design that individualises performance.
Featuring a smaller face than its counterparts, the TaylorMade SIM2 is the low-spin driver built for playable distance. Fades and draws off the tee are easy with the standard SIM2, with the combination of a 16g Inertia Generator and fixed sole weight up front producing low-spin flights with increased forgiveness.
Higher launching and more forgiving than the standard SIM2 driver, the Max model is filled with all the best bits of SIM2 driver tech. A deep and wide face is the force behind the Max’s distance while the 24g Inertia Generator at the rear of the sole is tuned to provide maximum MOI for maximum forgiveness.
The slice-fighting SIM2 Max D will steer you towards the centre of the course with its heel weighted bias. Featuring the largest head and deepest face, it’ll automatically help square the face at impact and the new design launches drives higher than previous draw-biased drivers. It’s the perfect club for golfers plagued by a slice.

TAYLORMADE SIM2 FAIRWAY WOODS
Success in golf can hinge on just a few millimetres during a round, be it a putt that frustratingly lips out or failing to clear that nasty bunker by the barest of margins.
The same applies in club design, where the quest to find millimetres can result in massive performance gains, and TaylorMade have managed to find a few mils in the new SIM2 fairway woods.
The result? SIM2 fairway woods have a lower centre of gravity, which improves launch and distance and enhances forgiveness.
And with the all-conquering V-Steel sole design in place, it makes them highly versatile off the tee or from the fairway.
FAIRWAY TECHNOLOGY
V Steel Sole
Refining the mass distribution in the Tour-level V Steel sole has introduced extra forgiveness in SIM2 fairway woods and rescues to complement a high-launching, low-spinning ball flight. The V-shaped sole also provides minimal resistance at impact to enhance performance through the turf.
Twist Face
SIM2 fairways and hybrids get the Twist Face treatment - TaylorMade’s famous “gear effect-correcting” technology. It straightens ball flights and increases distance on heel and toe strikes through a “twisted” face, which increases loft in the toe area of the face and reduces it in the heel.
Speed Pocket
TaylorMade’s Speed Pocket has been redesigned on the SIM2 fairway wood. The slot is level with the sole to eliminate friction and allows the face to flex, rebound for extra ball speed & distance.
Multi Material Construction
An ultra-light carbon crown and precision weighting and strategic CG placement deliver explosive distance, enhanced forgiveness and high launch.
THREE TAYLORMADE SIM2 FAIRWAY WOOD MODELS
There are three models of SIM2 Fairway Woods and each one is brimming with the new technology that makes them category-leading clubs. Each variant is designed to integrate with, and optimise, a player’s swing for the ultimate in personalised performance.
The TaylorMade SIM2 Titanium is a compact, Tour-bred fairway wood that produces a strong, penetrating ball flight. Designed for the better player, it’s a formidable combination of a lightweight titanium body and face, high-mass V Steel sole and a lightweight carbon crown that makes it a premium choice.
TaylorMade’s C300 steel face complements a V Steel sole to help the SIM2 Max fairway wood generate the highest launch and trajectory in the SIM2 fairway range. Featuring a large head size, it’s easy to launch and delivers the kind of distance and playability to appeal to a wide range of skill levels.
The largest fairway in the SIM2 range, the TaylorMade SIM2 Max D fairway is a slice fighter built for high handicappers. Off the tee or deck, the Max D will make a slice disappear with its internal heel-weighting bias while an optical alignment aid on the crown is offset to help players shut the face at impact.

TWO TAYLORMADE SIM2 RESCUE MODELS
SIM2 rescues come in two different shapes, to accommodate the unique needs and style preferences of golfers. One is closer to an iron, the other a fairway wood, but both models offer players a seamless transition from the fairway woods to irons at the top end of the bag.
Designed to suit players who prefer their rescues to be more iron than wood, the SIM2 rescue prioritises control and workability. Compact in size, it features a new leading edge and sole shape that pairs with a redesigned V Steel sole. The SIM2 rescue will perform out of any lie, with the bonus of increased forgiveness.
Veering more towards a wood in both size and shape, the SIM2 Max rescue will appeal to players who prioritise forgiveness for mis-hits. TWO TAYLORMADE SIM2 IRON MODELS

Not all distance irons are created equal because the new TaylorMade SIM2 Max irons have significantly more feel than their competitors. A flexible 1.5mm thin face and Thru-Slot Speed Pocket work in unison to boost distance for golfers who are consistently inconsistent when it comes to finding the sweet spot. But throw in a new Cap Back design and ECHO Damping system and you’ve got a side order of feel and feedback to go with distance.
SIM Max OS irons are a slightly larger and more stable version of the SIM2 Max iron but feature all the same distance-enhancing tech goodness. Larger heads, deeper faces and wide soles make OS irons impressively stable while stronger lofts extract more distance in each iron in the set - made possible by the centre of gravity being located deeper and lower for easier launch. They’re the longest and most forgiving iron in the entire TaylorMade iron range.
